The Ab's look absolutly horible after about five minutes in the vicinity of the flightline. Once you get one spot of grease on your boots, which is inevitable, they're trashed. And the absence of the unit patches and hats really is shitty. I think its an integral part of morale, to have pride in you unit. My bdu's could be on the verge of pitch blackness from grease after a day of work, and my unit patch shines though clean as a whistle. These things are a complete an utter tragedy. The lack of common sense shock's and amazes.
